Returns Procedure

We strive to provide a swift and straightforward returns service. Although we are confident in the quality of our products, we understand that sometimes you may need to return an item. Here is how you can proceed if you decide to return a purchase:

  1. Fill out the optional returns form provided or communicate through another durable medium.
  2. Within 48 working hours, you will receive a confirmation response.
  3. Upon approval of your return, we will email you detailing any applicable charges and the refund amount.
  4. If a collection of the item is necessary, we will contact you to schedule a convenient pick-up date.
  5. Upon receipt of the item(s), we will conduct an inspection.
  6. If the inspection is passed, a refund will be processed according to our terms and conditions.
  7. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used. If this is not possible, we will request alternative payment details.
  8. Refunds are processed within 3 to 10 working days, depending on your card provider.

Please be aware that once an item has been assembled, we are unfortunately unable to accept it for a refund. Assembly alters the condition of the product, making it unsuitable for resale as a new item. We implement this policy to maintain the high standards of quality and satisfaction that all our customers expect from Bunk Beds. We highly recommend that you carefully review your purchase and confirm it meets your needs before proceeding with assembly. If you have any concerns or questions prior to assembly, our customer support team is here to assist you.

Collection Fees: A collection surcharge will apply if we need to retrieve the item(s) from you. The cost varies based on the item(s) and the collection location.

Items Faulty Within Warranty Period

Our products typically come with a 12-month manufacturer's warranty. If an item develops a fault more than 28 working days after delivery but within the warranty period, you are entitled to a warranty repair. Manufacturers may require an on-site inspection to verify the fault. If you refuse this inspection, the return will be denied.

Tracking Your Return

To track your return, please email our returns team with your full name, contact details, and order number, or call us for a status update. While we aim to handle your request promptly, please allow up to 48 working hours for processing.

Returns & Cancellations Policy

Items must be returned in new condition. Returns of assembled, modified, made-to-order items, or opened/used mattresses and pillows are not accepted due to health and hygiene reasons. If items do not meet these criteria, they will be returned at your expense, and no refund will be issued. If returned in compliance with our terms, a refund will be issued minus any outlined charges.

14-Day Rights

You have the right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receipt. Following your cancellation notice, you have another 14 days to return the goods. Note that made-to-order products are exempt from this right.
