To qualify for next day delivery, you need to place your order before 12:30 pm from Monday to Thursday. Orders placed after this time will be delivered the next following working day. If you place an order before 12:30 pm on a Friday, it will be delivered the following Monday; orders placed after 12:30 pm on Friday will be delivered on Tuesday. Please note, this is only available on products that advertise next day delivery.

Deliveries are stated to be made on weekdays, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 7am and 7pm. If you need delivery options for weekends or have specific requirements, please get in contact with our customer service directly for more detailed information and possible arrangements.

Yes, we can take away your old bed, but this service incurs an additional charge. You can select this option and view the associated costs at checkout.

Our standard delivery service includes bringing items to your hallway. If you require delivery to a specific room, including upstairs, please contact us to make arrangements. Please note that this may entail additional costs. If the location lacks an elevator, our drivers will carry items up to the second floor. Our returns policy specifies that items must be returned in new condition. We cannot accept returns of assembled, modified, or made-to-order items. Additionally, due to health and hygiene reasons, opened or used mattresses and pillows are not eligible for return. If the returned goods do not meet these criteria, they will be sent back to you at your expense, and no refund will be issued. However, if the item is returned in accordance with our terms and conditions, a refund will be provided, minus any applicable charges. You also have certain rights under our policy: 14-Day Rights: You can cancel your online order within 14 days from the day you receive your goods. You then have another 14 days from the date you notify us of your cancellation to return the goods. Note that some made-to-order products are exempt from this right. 30-Day Rights: You have the right to reject goods that are of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose, or not as described, within 30 days of purchase.
