Free Delivery Conditions Delivery across most of the UK is complimentary for all items in our store. However, customers in remote locations such as the Scottish Highlands and certain areas in Wales may incur additional charges ranging from £29.99 to £69.99. Please contact us for detailed information as postcode classifications for the Scottish Highlands may vary by supplier and courier.
Standard Free Home Delivery Items with a delivery timeframe of 7-14 working days are dispatched via our dedicated courier service, which will contact you to confirm delivery details and provide a three-hour window. This is a one-man service delivering to your doorstep. Deliveries are scheduled on specific days in specific areas but we aim for flexibility. Deliveries occur on weekdays, Monday through Friday, between 7am and 7pm. For selected items, you can choose your delivery date at checkout at an additional cost of £49.99. Two-man deliveries are arranged at least 48 hours in advance with a scheduled time window.
Next Day Delivery Available for products noted on their respective pages. Orders must be placed by 12:30pm, Monday through Thursday, for next-day delivery; orders after this time shift to the subsequent working day. Friday orders before 12:30pm arrive Monday; later orders arrive Tuesday. Choose your preferred delivery date on the product page at checkout.
Additional Delivery Information Multiple items may come from different manufacturers, potentially resulting in multiple deliveries. We aim to coordinate simultaneous deliveries when possible and provide tracking numbers. Note the following for next day delivery: it's an all-day service (7am-7pm), the driver will not call before arrival, items are delivered to the front door or building entrance only, and special arrangements such as room-of-choice deliveries may incur additional costs.
